Description
When you set out on a mission to photograph a certain bird, animal, landscape, etc., always keep an eye out for the unexpected. This green heron was not on my wish list of the day, but I was excited to notice him and take his photo. You will notice that he has little feathers hanging everywhere. He was perched on this branch grooming. He was also keeping his eye on the water for dinner.
